Monster, beast, vile, dangerous, depraved, predatory pedophile, fiend… All words used to describe 21-year-old Paul Wilson who had just been ordered to serve a minimum of 15 years in prison. He was convicted of over 40 sex crimes involving children as young as 18 months. I don’t think it is right for the writers of this article to be the ones to classify this man as these things. I agree that he is what they say he is but they are not giving the readers a fair opportunity to make up their own minds about the person. Why is it okay for the writers to include their opinion in an article that is supposed to be written in fact?
